Hello! I'm Sam Streets, a Second Line Support Engineer and First Line Team Leader at The Emerald Group of Companies. My journey started as an IT apprentice in 2020 and I've been building ever since.
Experience
Second Line Support Engineer since April 2024, First Line Team Leader since January 2025. Previously Senior First Line (2021–2024) and First Line Support (2020–2021). Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award and King Scout Award holder.
